LED Laboratory Free Access

Before proceeding, please read the regulations and follow the booking procedure carefully.

Access to the laboratories implies acceptance of the following regulations:

How to book a free access slot

Step 1 — Login

Log in to the application using your institutional credentials.

Step 2 — Start booking

Click the “Book here” button to start a new booking. Access is restricted to students enrolled in a course that includes the use of the LED laboratory.

Step 3 — Read safety information

Read the information document completely. This step is required only at the first login.

  • Only after reaching the last page, the acknowledgment checkbox is enabled.
  • After selecting the checkbox, the “Next” button appears to continue.

Step 4 — Select time slot

Select an available time slot.

Step 5 — Select seat

Choose a seat from those available for the selected slot.

Step 6 — Booking details

Enter the supervising professor, course, materials used, and any notes.

Step 7 — Individual booking

If you are not booking for a group, click “Book now” to confirm or “Cancel booking” to cancel.

Step 8 — Group booking

If booking for a group, select “Yes” under "Are you booking for a group?" below the "notes" field.

Step 9 — Group members

It is mandatory to enter the first name, last name, and student ID of all group members (maximum 3 additional people). If these details are not provided, access will not be granted. You do not need to enter your own data.

Step 10 — Confirm

Click “Book now” to complete the booking.
